Yesterday I stopped by my part-time job at Azzeria and took photos of my fellow bakers working.
We call him Hobart.
It all starts with water (and flour).
Jim gets upset if these aren’t perfectly aligned in the dough box.
Just a portrait of Jay. I also did one after I slapped on some flour on his face, but it didn’t turn out as I planned.
The guys at work.
I took this shot using a long exposure to give the flames a more raging look.
