We do photography the right way.

Wynn & Gwenn Bring the Nifty Fifties

Heather and I have been looking forward to doing this shoot for MONTHS! When Gwen emailed us to ask if we could do a 1950s style photo shoot we were so pumped! She and Wynn went all out and got themselves the right outfits to fit the role. The coolest part is that we did the photo shoot at Gwen’s great aunt’s house, which had some great details to work with. One of the most artistic photo shoots we’ve done so far!

That look is killer, Gwen!

Very classy! Gwen did such a wonderful job modeling for us! This shoot actually was very different from what we normally do since we did a lot of posing and modeling with Gwen & Wynn. Usually we just ask couples to be silly and ignore the camera and do their own thing, but we figured that here we were going for a more classy look and posing was in order. It’s tougher than you’d think!

So okay, color photography wasn’t really around in the 50s. At least not like these. Let’s just pretend we digitally remastered these images. 🙂

You both look so stunning and intimate!

Haha! Those last three shots are so flirty! It’s like a vignette of one leading into the next!

Gwen & Wynn! Thanks so much for giving us a chance to do these photos. We had a tremendous time, both shooting and editing these shots! We really hope to have the opportunity to photograph your big day!

Gwen you look great, I don’t think I’ve ever seen you with your hair that long. The pictures and settings are fantastic. Congratulations to you and Wynn.

I bet you both had a great time doing these photos. I’ve never seen anyone do engagement photos like these! It was like viewing stills from an old movie. Very cool!

    Best wishes to you both.
